I was in this salon for the Empress procedure using a promo code. Cedar barrel, scrubbing, body and palm massage – I liked everything. Several masks were offered for wrapping, according to the aroma and potential effect, together with the master, they chose a lymphatic drainage mask. The cabin is clean, warm, cozy, pleasant music sounds.
For the convenience of customers who came for the first time during the Spa, it would be great to additionally indicate on the salon's website and in the description of the Cream promotion that it is more convenient to go to the salon from Komsomolskaya Street.

I put 5, because the massage (master Galina) was wonderful. I also liked the scrubbing and all the other procedures of the Grand SPA.
According to the salon, there are disadvantages. This is not a SPA, but rather a massage room + a hairdresser. The interior is modest. In general, it feels untidy, the shower is a little dirty, the doors seem to be in mold. A rusty (dirty?) can be seen through the facial hole in the massage table a detail of this very table and someone else's hair. It is better to close your eyes and enjoy the massage, do not consider anything)) The clock in the massage room is ticking VERY loudly. If you are sensitive to this, it may be uncomfortable. Even pleasant music does not mask this ticking.
There are questions about the recording process: I called the salon 5 times - they didn't pick up the phone, they didn't call back. Half a day later they wrote in Viber, and thanks for that.
In general, if you are looking for a good relaxing massage, I recommend you here, master Galina. But be prepared that the interior is very budget-friendly and the service is lame.

The service is at zero! I went for a massage to relax my nervous system, I was left with a spoiled day and the most disgusting mood! Instead of relaxation, I got a share of anger and headache
The company has an online form for signing up for the service, which, in fact, simplifies the work of the salon, and gives the client the opportunity to find a convenient time and a master on their own.
BUT the online form with lags and the salon does not solve this issue at all!
I found some free time on 14.03. and decided to go for a massage at the Time SPA salon... a total mistake. Appointment at 15.40 for a massage
I arrived at the salon at 15.20, "kissed the door"... I call the administrator, I get an answer that there is no record of me. “When recording online, you should have received an SMS notification. You have not completed the recording"
This is not a typical online registration form, how do I, as a client, know all its rules and nuances? It shouldn't bother me. I signed up, went through all the stages of recording, everything was displayed to me on the screen
