Пришёл распечатать 1 документ. За стойкой сидели 3 человека. Бабка долго тупила с телефоном вместе с одним из работников, остальные 2 делали вид будто бы очень сильно заняты очень важными делами и перенаправляли на работницу занятую бабкой.

Отдавала в ремонт принтер 1,5 месяца ремонтировали, после сказали, что ремонту не подлежит, у них нет нужной запчасти. Забрали квитанцию, выдали принтер. Дома обнаружила, что принтер внутри наполовину пуст, часть запчастей отсутствует.
