"Everything for the printer" is the place of work of real pros! In 5 minutes on the phone, they diagnosed and indicated a clear algorithm for solving the problem. My HP C4283, exhausted by an unoriginal cartridge, stopped printing. I turned to the specialists, decided to try to repair it before throwing it away. An employee of the company answered the call, promptly found out the model and nature of the malfunction, also quickly concluded that most likely the gears were finished, and since there were no such spare parts, you can safely throw them away, repair is not possible.
After receiving the conclusion, I went to YouTube, took apart the video, serviced and lubricated the mechanisms, especially the gears. They were just a little skewed, and this was the reason for the breakdown. Assembled - the fire is working! Thanks to the operator for pointing the way and concluding.
While I thought that repairs were possible, I was afraid to climb into it, but as you can throw it away, you can try it yourself, it turned out not in vain.

After giving a preliminary consultation by phone, they took him away themselves, diagnosed him, and warned him about the possible outcomes of the operation. From the very first minutes, the service turned out to be pleasant, gave hope, a lot of smiles, and a week later, a full life to our MFPs, who had previously worked at least only for printing. I really wanted to completely restore his reproductive function - to repair the scanner that had not worked for a long time. And it succeeded! During the renovation of the house, everyone had fun, receiving every new SMS from the "polyclinic registry". And when the printer returned home, the sweet "dry food" given to the patient "on the track" also pleased the little household, now they know who to turn to next time they break the printer intentionally ;))
But seriously, diagnostics and repairs were carried out within the agreed time frame, everything is clear, understandable, high-quality, pleasant and humorous. It was not a pity to part with the money)). HP1132 with a new cartridge, replaced by a trade-in, with a working scanner, is now happy to work at full capacity. Special thanks to the SMS writer ;)), we had fun!

I contacted this company based on the reviewed reviews of their work . My Canon G 3410 printer has failed and stopped just printing. The master tried to fix it, but unfortunately the result did not work out, which I was warned about in advance before the repair. They did not take money for restoration as well as for diagnostics because they could not guarantee 100% operation of the printer. At each stage of the repair, the master was in touch with me and I knew what was going on. I was very pleased with the quality of the staff's work. I will definitely recommend this service to you, but it's up to you. The device was returned clean and it was well packed. I was also given good advice by those who asked them for recommendations on buying a new printer and what to pay attention to when buying .

Здравствуйте! Хочу выразить свою благодарность этому сервису,очень слаженный и приятный в общении коллектив. Даже не ожидала что будет все на таком высоком уровне.
Было несколько проблем с принтером, долго искала кто может устранить неполадки. Большим + для меня было то что ребяда данного сервиса приехали сами и забрали и привезли. Все выполнено быстро и качественно. В процессе ремонта нас держали в курсе звонками и сообщениями..
Приятным бонусом был вкусный подарок в виде круассанов.

Приятный и весёлый персонал. Ремонт сделали на отлично. HP m1005 mfu выдавало замятие бумаги. Нашли причину и устранили. Печатает идеально. Спасибо всем большое, кто принимал участие в ремонте. Сладкоежек может порадовать сладюшка, которую дарят после ремонта. Ирине особенная благодарочка!!! Все молодцы!!!

Давно не встречалась с таким уровнем услуг, с таким внимательным и уважительным отношением к клиенту, с таким профессионализмом. Ведь Вы действительно были нацелены на то, чтобы помочь, а не просто оказать услугу. Мой принтер долгое время провел без работы, поэтому над ним потребовалась серьёзная работа. Ценно то, что специалисты не сдались после первой попытки, которая не принесла желаемого результата, а довели дело до конца. Специалист постоянно держал в курсе актуального этапа работы. Попал случайно, первый раз сломался принтер Нашел по интернету Плюс большой - центр города. Сделали быстро и качественно, шоколадка приятно подсластила отъем денег, я считаю немного . Сломается , поеду сюда, но думаю это не случится. Доволен.Рекомендую.

Всё чётко и "по делу". Приятно даже просто пообщаться. А ещё и диагностика бесплатно, что большой плюс. Небольшой минус - режим работы. Был бы до 19.00 - цены бы им не было!

Я попал на вежливый персонал и очень долгий ремонт, струйный принтер три года стоял без дела и засох просто жестоко, но это потому что не нужно тянуть с ремонтом, а позвонил и всё решили, принтер заработал, и дали сладкий подарок, а зайдите на их сайт и вы точно будите делать ремонт , только у них, команда супер, так держать. Спасибо
