Не рекомендую пользоваться системой онлайн-заказов. Оформила заказ 28.09, далее 2 месяца тишина. Ни смс, ни сообщений на почту. 25 ноября звонит менеджер и уточняет, почему не забираю заказ. При выдаче уверяют, что все отправляется автоматически, уведомления должны прийти. На ответ, что ничего не было, менеджер Сергей Кожин начинает хамить, мол, странно, только вам не приходит. Вторая проблема - оплата прошла при оформлении на сайте, есть подтверждение. Менеджер уверяет, что оплату не видит, пишите на возврат и оплачивайте сейчас, иначе заказ не выдадим. У меня заказ был на небольшую сумму, оплатила, сейчас буду разбираться, но при покупке дорогого инструмента ситуация была бы неприятная. Получится ли сделать возврат, пока не знаю. В общем, впечатления негативные.
