The dispatcher says - go to the pick-up point, where you agreed with another carrier, and someone will pick you up there. Irresponsible and immoral people, don't deal with them.

Terrible attitude towards customers. The bus was delayed, and they warned about it only an hour later, when the passenger was already riding in a taxi halfway to the meeting place on the highway. The dispatcher is incompetent, rude and responds every other time. No one warned that the bus would make a huge detour, as well as about transferring from one bus to another.
