продана сломаная лампа - к слову, почти весь товар витринные образцы. но главное, ООО "Всесмарт" нарушет Закон РФ «О защите прав потребителей», в Статья 18, ст. 26.1 о возврате товара в надлежащем виде. Продавец обязан вернуть товар или обменять на работающий сразу, а не по экспертизе 21 рабочий день.
