Today, on 30.04.25, I have been waiting for 1.5 hours for my turn at the cash desk for currency exchange There is 1 cash register out of so many windows! There are 20 people in an endless stream of exchanges, they don't wait, some leave, some honestly wait, some get through without waiting in line, which the operators don't send such comrades to, but on the contrary serve!!! When the rest of the people are sitting and seeing all this ugliness! The staff's terrible attitude towards their clients!Why do shift administrators see what's going on, not bring 1-2 people to the checkout, and normalize the waiting time, but calmly watch as people quietly wait for their turn!Moreover, today is a shortened day and there is an hour left before the end of the working day in this organization! Decent organizations have some bonuses or penalties for non-fulfillment or delay of services through no fault of the client!!! They took the turtle card (they offered it in installments of goods), the interest is INCREDIBLE.As a result, we paid off all the debt that is indicated in the notifications, BUT it turned out that there is still interest!!!!!!!!which are not indicated anywhere, the amount is billed only to repay the monthly payment (out of 100% of the bank's outstanding payment, you repay only 40% of the main payment, 60% is a debt to the BANK.)At the same time !!!!!You!!!!!!!you won't find out!!!! Everything is clear and clearly explained. All questions have been answered. In Russia, the card worked without problems, quickly, even in the subway, passage on this card is much cheaper than buying a token at the checkout. I recommend it, a good bank
