They work from 09:15. When you come to open a card at 9:40 and you sit in line until 11, and you haven't been called yet, I think this is the maximum disrespect for the people who live here. There should be no such banks. This is not just disrespect, it is a demonstration of complete disregard for other people's time and plans. People come to the bank with nothing to do, everyone has their own business, work, family, and every hour spent in a meaningless queue takes away their opportunity to do something really important. It seems that the bank is not interested in its customers, that it exists on its own, and the people who come to it are just an annoying nuisance. The lack of an adequate queue management system, insufficient number of employees or their incompetence – all this indicates systemic problems that the bank's management, apparently, does not consider necessary to solve. And this is especially outrageous when it comes to financial institutions that are supposed to be models of punctuality and efficiency. After all, we trust them with our money, and they can't even organize the basic maintenance process. Such an attitude undermines trust not only in a particular bank, but also in the entire banking system as a whole, making one think about the expediency of cooperation with such organizations.
