The staffs are not properly trained they are not giving correct information to the people who come to the bank. Please make sure the staffs are well trained and they even don’t know English. Why!!! Its a bank right not a grocery shop people must communicate each other and have to clear their doubts i applied for a business account and the account is ready but the ATM card is not received yet ! Its been 1.5 weeks since i didnt get my card and i just go to bank today and ask them my card is ready or not, that time the lady who is in administration told me to fill a form and collect my Email address then why should they wont tell me before i do all the paperworks if they told to me on that time may be today i ill get my ATM card i think they are not responsible (May be because of I’m an Indian i think so) and the lady staff who is sitting on counter number 4 she told me that for the ATM Card i have to wait for 1 month 🤦🏻♂️ I’m soo disappointed with this VTB branch.

Terrible service! They do everything to ensure that they buy currency for a high exchange rate. We changed rubles in another exchanger, so we did not want to accept some bills, like one is slightly torn (well, you can understand that), but the fact that there is a slight trace of the seal - we will not accept it and that's it, they began to say that it is not valid! A terrible branch! I had to run around with the bills. It's just nonsense.

The department is very well located. However, there are constant queues and a very small waiting room. The staff is competent, ready to help quickly and answer any question.
