It was necessary to get to specialists in individuals and legal entities, but instead of a logical organization of the reception, they were forced to just wait. Victoria Sysoenko, a specialist in legal entities, was without a client all this time, but claimed that she had called me and communicated in a rude tone. I kindly ask the management to pay attention to the quality of service and the level of communication of the staff.

From the docks at the PSB, they made the map in 27 days! Three more months passed, and I received an SMS from VTB on my phone saying that I would have received a debit card that was out of the question! Since September 17, operators have promised to fix the problem within 1-2 weeks. Because a cable break has been detected, it is not known where, it needs to be reconnected. And that's it!!! Wait for it....queue....Then the operators say that you called only on September 23rd! What is the subscriber's problem that you don't keep a log of calls and requests, or just that someone forgot to enter....or is it just a trick? Why does an elderly person who always pays for services on time and patiently waits for their proper provision not receive them for a month and should be nervous and worried about this? Initially, when I connected the Internet, everything worked properly and there were no problems, technical support informed me in advance about malfunctions and possible outages, but a year later hell broke loose, the speed under the contract was 100, but this value remained only on paper, it gives a maximum of 60 through the cord and then on holidays, there is practically no Internet through the router and today there is another shutdown without any explanation, technical support does not respond to calls and messages. I will most likely switch to another provider. Mageal is categorically not satisfied.
