It is necessary to set at least 50-60 minutes for waiting, even if the online recording is taken into account for the selected time. The situation has not improved over the past year. At the same time, the specialists are good and work very quickly, but there are few of them.

I confirm the feedback about the very long service. I came to change the money, there is no person on this type of operation. My ticket was cancelled for the right time and put in the usual queue. The surgical girls are trying their best, but there are only 2 of them, so everything takes a very long time.

I sat in line with a ticket for 1 hour to transfer money to a card in the Russian Federation. At the moment when it was my turn, they said that the system was not working and recommended that I come in an hour or the next day. Since I work in a Bank myself, this is a disgusting service for me and they didn't offer me any solution (at least to write it down so that I could come without waiting in line). Probably, it is not the operational staff who are to blame for this, but the management of VTB Armenia.
