Very bad branch, second worst in the city! I am using it out of necessity. One time I noticed that one of the staff members was wearing a sport clothing, maybe was on vacation and just visited but he should not be allowed to enter the office part like that! Long waiting and poor service!

Wonderful staff! The girls reacted carefully and attentively - they questioned, warned and promptly solved the problem of cash withdrawal (ATMs were buggy - they couldn't withdraw them on their own). Thank you very much!

An extremely unpleasant experience when making a card. From the very beginning, I got the feeling that the employee didn't want to work with me at all. While I was explaining that the bank had called me and informed me about the approval of the card issue, they almost sent me somewhere else to sort it out. Then a very long registration procedure began. The employee rolled her eyes, slowly sorted through the papers, and looked like she was doing it for the first time. When I asked how long the registration would last, confusion and outright annoyance appeared on my face, as if the question itself was something outrageous. As a result, the procedure took an indecently long time. In the end, I had to remind myself about the social card that the employee almost left in the printer. If this is the level of service that the bank considers normal, the impression remains extremely depressing.
