And in order not to waste time waiting, you need to use the appointment application, and then come to the time, the ticket is issued with "0 people in front of you". The only thing to keep in mind is that half an hour before the official closing, the department stops letting people in.

The queue is like a polyclinic, people stand behind each other (not on coupons) and sit down with the managers on "who is faster". At the same time, the coupon system works, but they hardly call anyone.
