The worst business service: a month of ignoring VTB and a disrupted acquisition launch I opened settlement accounts (including ruble accounts) with VTB solely on the promise of employees to quickly connect Internet acquiring to accept Mir cards on the site. This was a key condition for cooperation. The result: the application was submitted on April 21. Today is May 28th — more than a month has passed. The output is absolute zero: no configured payment acceptance, not a single call or official response from managers. I've already emailed you, to no avail. I am waiting for a motivated response and the final terms of activation. If the silence continues, I will close the accounts. Business with VTB is not on the way. IP Chobanyan A.

One of the oldest banks in Yerevan, dating back to the days of developed socialism, which later became VTB. ATMs are available. The staff is polite and friendly, commendable. I would especially like to note the professionalism and consideration of Solakhyan Anahit, who works under the symbolic Number One and enjoys the well-deserved respect of the bank's customers.

The staff speaks Russian poorly. You can withdraw money in rubles and in drams. The exchange rate is not the best - it can be exchanged on the market at a more interesting price. 1 is charged for each operation.%

They lie and don't blush. It was necessary to make transfers from Armenia to the Russian Federation. I read on the website: Map of the WORLD. First-time transfers from card to card in the Russian Federation. I come to the bank and ask: - I want to get a card from you, can I transfer money from it to my MIR card in a bank in the Russian Federation? - You can! - Will I be able to transfer money to a bank in Russia using the account number? - You can! I received a card and paid AMD 5,000 for annual maintenance. I'm happy, I'm waiting for the card to be released. They released a map and then it turns out: - transfer from card to card - only for bank cards - transfer to the account - only a RA I bought a card for 5000 AMD, which I can't even pay for online. The mobile application is almost empty and it is buggy. ATMs are buggy. The offices are open: on weekdays until 17, on Saturday until 14, and on Sunday - a day off. Queues of 40 minutes (fortunately there is an electronic queue) 0 stars, I do not recommend it.

Very slow employees and long hours. The feeling that they are under something. I sat for 50 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. There are 16 windows and only 2-3 windows are working. VTB Administration can you increase the staff??? And then 3 windows out of 16 are somehow not to the liking of adequate and business people.
