The worst business service: a month of ignoring VTB and a disrupted acquisition launch I opened settlement accounts (including ruble accounts) with VTB solely on the promise of employees to quickly connect Internet acquiring to accept Mir cards on the site. This was a key condition for cooperation. The result: the application was submitted on April 21. Today is May 28th — more than a month has passed. The output is absolute zero: no configured payment acceptance, not a single call or official response from managers. I've already emailed you, to no avail. I received a card and paid AMD 5,000 for annual maintenance. I'm happy, I'm waiting for the card to be released. They released a map and then it turns out: - transfer from card to card - only for bank cards - transfer to the account - only a RA I bought a card for 5000 AMD, which I can't even pay for online. The mobile application is almost empty and it is buggy. ATMs are buggy. The offices are open: on weekdays until 17, on Saturday until 14, and on Sunday - a day off. Queues of 40 minutes (fortunately there is an electronic queue) 0 stars, I do not recommend it.
