They're asking for 50000 AMD to open an account for the Russian citizens, knowing other people that didn't pay this amount (yes i even ask them if the money is deposit and will be in the account, and they said no the account will be empty) they're just scamming people

I visited the bank in early October 2025 in order to cash out 10,000 rubles from a VTB world card with conversion at the bank's exchange rate into drams. To which the operator immediately refused the operation without hesitation, arguing that there was no cash in the cash register. What a brand to hear such a thing from a bank employee (sorry, but there is no money in our bank). Or maybe this is the attitude towards Russians? I don't know, but I don't want to believe it.
