They're asking for 50000 AMD to open an account for the Russian citizens, knowing other people that didn't pay this amount (yes i even ask them if the money is deposit and will be in the account, and they said no the account will be empty) they're just scamming people

I visited the bank in early October 2025 in order to cash out 10,000 rubles from a VTB world card with conversion at the bank's exchange rate into drams. To which the operator immediately refused the operation without hesitation, arguing that there was no cash in the cash register. What a brand to hear such a thing from a bank employee (sorry, but there is no money in our bank). Or maybe this is the attitude towards Russians? I don't know, but I don't want to believe it.

Everything is fine, the only disadvantage of this bank is that you have to sit in queues for a very long time. I make transfers to Russia every month, and it takes about an hour to go to the bank. From the moment of taking the electronic ticket, until the completion of the operation itself. Otherwise, everything is neat, the employees of this bank are very polite and attentive to details.

It took almost an HOUR in this bank to exchange currency! We waited 40 minutes to be called to the window. When called to the window, the employee was genuinely surprised: "Why did you come to me for a currency exchange?" Although the coupon clearly says "Currency exchange". I directed it to another window, it took another 15 minutes. Plus, the device for receiving coupons has a very bad sensor. It was not the first time that I managed to change the language and choose the right service. At first, we turned a blind eye to the reviews, but unfortunately, the service at the bank really leaves much to be desired.

Transfer, cash withdrawal, acceptable exchange rate. No queue. If through the main entrance, then go from the right to the end and immediately to the right. By the way, there is an exit to the alley and if you turn left, you can exit through the stairs to Leo Street.

I deposited 200,000 AMD into the ATM, but it gave an error and the funds were not credited to my bank account. In addition, the ATM did not refund the deposited money. I contacted the bank by phone 87 87, and also personally visited the branch, however, apart from providing a pen and paper to write a complaint, the staff did not offer any real help in solving this problem.

Terrible service. And it's not about the employees, it's about management. There are only a couple of people sitting at the ticket offices, the rest are empty, queues of 2 hours. There is also not always a person at the reception. Among other things, the software is always slowing down and failing. I spent about 5 hours in this department in two days!!!!

I sat in this department for more than an hour,08/06/2025,coupon C 155,after 40 minutes of waiting, when coupons C156,C157 and so on were served, I turned to an employee, he replied that only 3 employees work, although what does this have to do with the fact that they do not serve in turn, then the girl from the table asked I answered what my number was, and she couldn't think of anything smarter than to say that maybe my turn had passed.....how did it go if I was sitting in front of the monitor, in general, if you want to waste time or have nothing to do...visit this department....I left without performing an operation... I have never seen such a thing even in third world countries.... I gave one star for a working air conditioner!

I am writing a review about the branch at the address Komitas 41. Absolutely disgusting behavior of employees. No other bank with an electronic queue had to wait 20 minutes and listen to the indignation of employees, they say, all employees are sick, one window is open. They don't value their clients' time at all. I sincerely do not recommend this bank, I will not contact you anymore.
