Terrible service. I have been working at this bank since 2014, but this is the first time I have seen such an attitude towards the customer. The staff was completely changed. We need to change for the best, not for nothing. Of the 8 tables, one is serving, and the rest are on the phone and it is not known what they are doing. And they behave as if someone came to their house. And the cashier in general, after an hour of hassle, that she couldn't accept dollars with a small inscription in a pen. Of the hundred bills, only one had an inscription on it. I regret contacting this bank. I think I will switch to another bank in the near future. And so they are empty, and they continue to serve terribly. I do not recommend contacting this bank.

These guys have made our vacation in Azerbaijan financially free. The only bank in whose ATMs (and there are many ATMs) it is possible to withdraw manats from the mir card, up to 500 manats per day. Even with the bank's commission, the exchange rate is much better than changing rubles for manats in exchangers. And their exchange rate is also one of the best.
