I applied to VTB Bank in Rudny to open a deposit at a favorable interest rate. The service was quite fast and high-quality, the staff was polite and competent. I liked that the bank offers different deposit and account options, including foreign currency and with deposits and withdrawals. The only drawback is the small number of branches and ATMs in the city. In general, I am satisfied with VTB Bank's services and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

I am writing as of the age of 23. Firstly, at lunchtime, even ATMs were closed from visitors, not that there was any staff. Russian Russian girl advised, but with such a fee that here the Russians ask about opening an account, showing with all appearance that you are not welcome, we will open the account for 2 weeks, if there are a bunch of documents and if you pass, the sanctions are in full growth. In short, it is unpleasant. An account was opened in another bank on the same day, no problem.

There are no complaints about the staff, they are polite, courteous, but the situation in the bank itself is not very good, either a repair is needed, or a replacement of furniture, somehow it is not comfortable for a bank.
