Очень вежливые сотрудники, Доходчиво всё объясняют. И самое главное быстро оформляют.

Пришел в офис на улице Гримау дом 10. Сотрудница вместо приветствия грубо сказала "Я занята, подождите за дверью". Жаль, что у такой крупной организации - такой уровень сервиса. Вежливость видимо не в почете у компании ВТБ МС

Уже второй раз обращаюсь в ВТБ страховая компания..очень милая приятная девушка на втором этаже принимает .всегда приветливая и внимательная. Рекомендую
