When we approached, she was just sitting on a chair in the phone and nothing would have happened, put down the phone, they came up to you, but no, she did not react to our presence, only changed which hand to prop up her head. We moved away from the window, she got up and leaned against the window and was still on the phone, she had enough time to stand for two minutes. She sat down again, we came up again, stood at the window right in front of her, zero reaction, then she gets up and walks past, "lies down" on the window and then into the phone. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. The owner needs to think about the personnel.
