I don't usually write reviews, but it started to boil over. I wanted to write a review on the BB Auto website, but they didn't publish my review (there are only positive reviews). I have contacted this service station several times with various questions. As for the oil change, everything is done quickly and well, there are no complaints. But one day I turned to them about the collapse. They did it, but as it turned out, only on one axle, because, according to them, on our car, camber-convergence is not done on the second axle. After a while, the rubber began to pick up, I turned to another service station, they were surprised by this fact, and made a camber-convergence on both axes without question. A few months ago, the car stopped starting. I contacted them again because I called the nearest service station and they didn't have an appointment for the near future, and the BB Cars started repairing the next day. There was a breakdown in the starter, the entire interior was replaced (I'll say right away, they have to pay for removing and installing the starter separately, which results in 130 rubles, and the warranty for these types of work also applies separately). Two months later, the car wouldn't start again. I had to address the same problem to them. On Monday, the car was accepted, but since the foreman who repaired my car was not on site (it was not his shift), they said they would call back on Thursday. When no one called at the designated time, I called them myself. What surprised me was that the foreman who answered the phone said they didn't have such a machine. Well, in the end, she was found. There were various breakdown options, and electrics, and bad contacts, but not the starter. As a result, the starter's retractor relay was changed, and I picked it up on Tuesday of the following week. A couple of days later, another breakdown occurred (the coolant was leaking, and the pump and timing belt needed to be replaced). I applied to the service station next door. They fixed the cause quickly. But when they started to take the car out of the box, it wouldn't start again (less than a week had passed). They began to look for the cause of the breakdown. It turned out that the bolt of the retracting relay, which closes the starter's power contacts, supplying current from the battery to turn the engine, had been broken off from a part of the plastic of the retracting relay and glued with some kind of glue. With this claim, I went to the BB Car, they admitted their negligence and returned part of the money spent for repairs and spare parts. As a result, what can we say, in the service station of the Soviet Union, there is a negligent, not professional attitude to work. I do not recommend contacting there.

It's expensive, but generally not a bad service, a lot of things are available, or delivered within a few hours. I applied for an oil change in the box and changed the clutch cables, everything was cleaned and adjusted, so far everything is fine.
