We ordered a PC in December 2025 (By phone with Kufar), offered assembly options, a case, a video card, and more (All information was sent to the Viber chat)! They said that after 01.01.2026 they will start collecting, promising 7 days for everything! And yes, the guys completely met the deadlines!They did a good-normal (For whom?) cable management, told us everything about the PC, provided all the documents! There were difficulties about Windows after 2 months of use, there was a bitlocker lock (which they didn't know much about themselves), but the guys from this store explained everything quickly and concretely(This was not included in the warranty, so we had to reinstall windows (we could have unlocked it, but we didn't want to waste time))! Regarding customer service, I was more than pleased, but there is a nuance (especially for those who want to order a PC in this store live and discuss issues), it is better to order by phone, since the comrades in the store itself are reluctant to discuss assembly issues with everyone (perhaps they are just there as those.support)! And in addition to this review, it's better to order a PC here than in RED (I know from experience)!
