The view from the balconies is mesmerizing, the sea, delta gliders, Sochi is visible, beautiful, parking is large, the gates are closed at night! The owner is a sincere person, I recommend it, the price is lower than the market!

Overall a very nice guest house. Amazing view from the mountain to the whole city of Gagra. There is always a fresh breeze from the mountains, in the evening it is especially good when it is hot in the city, there is always a light cool breeze. The air conditioners were almost not turned on, there is no point. Everything is clean, neat. Of the minuses, only the distance from the sea, this should be taken into account, 3 km. On foot, by trails, to the sea for 40 minutes. Back, uphill for a little more than an hour. But, the owner drives back and forth, morning and evening!) Well, minor flaws in the number, such as dropped sockets and burned-out light bulbs in the chandelier. There is a summer kitchen (August 2023). But the owner promised to make a full meal.
