Disappointment! We live in this house and very often visited this establishment during the renovation of the apartment! I really liked it. Irina, the hostess, cooked by herself, paired with a cute waitress. Everything was delicious and fresh. We haven't been in for half a year. Today we decided to have breakfast in a waffle iron with our granddaughter and daughter...
and we were completely disappointed! Everything was bad! A poached egg is generally a sadness.

The place is ordinary, it resembles a dining room, I did not notice the comfort. I came here from Instagram, according to their photos it seemed that it was cozy and delicious here, but in fact I was disappointed. The waffles were asked to wait for 20 minutes, as the waffle iron broke, I was in no hurry because I wanted to try these waffles, they turned out to be so appetizing. As a result, the waffles were brought, they were crispy, but cold, I expected a different temperature of this dish. The taste is ordinary, very satisfying and a lot of topping, too sweet because of this. I won't come to this place anymore, I'm not impressed.

I don't know how spoiled people have to be with top tasting sets to write a bad review about this place.
We came here several times for breakfast (and we will come again upon arrival in Belarus).
Incredible delicious, hearty and really instagrammable dishes.
The amount of ingredients is not spared here, the portions are large.
The cook is a wonderful and pleasant woman, cooks almost everything with you, which speaks of professionalism.
The girl at the bar (both the bartender and the waiter and apparently the receptionist :)
Makes a wonderful coffee.
We were greeted with a smile and quickly served. Yes, the dishes will have to wait a bit, but the waffles are prepared in front of you! These are not frozen prepared semi-finished products!
In general, thank you for a clean place and a delicious table.

The place is for three: we were in the middle of September, there are practically no people, the arrangement of the tables is not cozy, but since there are few visitors, this does not interfere and you can sit quietly and have a snack.they have a good cook, they cooked delicious.
Now about the cons, we've been here twice:
We ordered one dish, brought another, at first we thought that we had made a mistake ourselves and asked the waiter again, she calmly said that this was exactly what we ordered. We sat for a while and thought about it, compared it with the picture on the menu - definitely not that, not at all. The cashier has already taken the dish and made another one.
Well, OK, it doesn't happen to anyone.
We came for breakfast for the second time, so now there is no coffee here!

I've been in more than once, the teas are delicious.
A flat is equal to a delicious cappuccino.
But hot chocolate is not even cocoa at all. That is, it doesn't even poop, but it doesn't smell like hot chocolate.

Liked, liked, disliked. I am very disappointed, we ordered potato waffles. They were very salty. At first I thought maybe it was my imagination or my peculiarity. I asked my friend to just try it. The answer was: why are they so salty?
I came to the girls who cooked. The answer was, everything is fine with them, they are cooked according to the recipe. The second girl said that she doesn't feel salt at all. They didn't redo it, and they didn't apologize either. As a result: I gave them the dish and left. Perhaps you should have asked for a complaint book? We won't go to them anymore.

She came in for coffee, to my friendly "Hello!", received a dissatisfied barista's face and applied the same from the cook or someone else. Even the girl visitor was embarrassed for them. I think I won't surprise anyone if I say that my "goodbye" has remained unanswered. But the coffee was delicious, so 3 stars. And it's also a shame that they're not dog-friendly, but I won't shoot stars for it, it's on their conscience😉😆😆

We came in a good mood. 2/3 of the menu is not cooked at all, we were refused. We bought waffles from what is "possible", and this is a choice of only 3 waffles, okay, we put up with it. We took the drinks, paid and ... They took the check. And in the receipt, another product is punched, which is more expensive. In total, they tried to deceive us. To the question of how, they just returned the difference. The mood is spoiled, not a foot here anymore. According to the interior: very uncomfortable cheap chairs.

We visited this place on Saturday, the place is ordinary, but it was just the service that killed, given that there were not many people. There were 4 of us, two adults and two children 2.5 years and 6 months old. We made an order, we were told to wait about 15-20 minutes, tea was brought immediately, 35 minutes passed, we drank tea, as it just cooled down, my husband came up to ask where the order was, they said they were already carrying (and the waffles were already received by people who had just come, some, like us, were waiting, they were brought the wrong waffles), after another 10 minutes, I came to find out again (45 minutes have passed in total), they said it was ready and they brought us one serving for three, and not ours). It's been 50 minutes, so I go for the third time, the receipt is not clear where ours is, the cook says it's almost ready. One was brought to us by a sleepy cashier, the second by a waiter, (the waffles are delicious) there was no napkin holder on our table, the table was all sticky, I asked for napkins, they were brought to me just like that from a pack and given into my hands. Of course, during the hour of waiting, the two adults were tired, I think it's not worth talking about the child, but about the younger one, I'm generally silent, I wanted to have a quick snack, but we sat so long in the end. The most unpleasant thing is that no one came up to us all the time, did not warn us, and in the end did not apologize. The waiter and the cashier are generally sleepy, it was impossible to build a dialogue. They told us a lot of orders, but at some point we were alone for 10 minutes. Only unpleasant impressions remained, even the fact that the waffles were delicious did not save them.

A visit to this institution turned out to be unforgettable!
Together we ordered a portion of waffles with bacon, and another portion of sweet waffles with yogurt and berries, as well as tea.
It took an unexpectedly long time to wait for the dishes. Tea arrived 10 minutes later, taking into account that only one table was occupied in the establishment except ours. Some of the waffles were brought in about 15-20 minutes, despite the fact that they brought one portion of waffles with bacon and one portion of desserts. To my question "why is this so?", they answered me – "Because that's how it is", without explaining anything at all, making it clear that this fact has happened and is not subject to discussion.
While waiting for the remaining waffles, those that were intended for dessert naturally cooled down completely. To our question what should we do now, and whether the waiter considers this normal, the girl began to talk in raised tones that she was a HUMAN BEING and could make a mistake, and we are such animals, we want our waffles to be warm, and we must understand and accept the situation that has occurred. When asked how we should warm up the dessert, given that there is yogurt and berries, the girl said that we ask such strange and stupid questions that they are not even worth answering. After all, we could have guessed to eat a portion of waffles with bacon for two, although it's still not clear to me how this would have saved the cooled dessert.
If in essence then:
1. The service is long and with elements of rudeness
2. They forgot to bring the second set of devices
3. The dessert does not match the description (blueberries and strawberries are on the menu, in fact there were no strawberries).
4. There is no service.
5. There is nothing outstanding in the kitchen.
