We went as a family (all adults) on a quest about Atlantis. Well, I really liked everything!) a quest with difficult tasks, but there is an opportunity to take hints. The picture is very attractive and did not leave us indifferent) we made a mistake that we did not ask the presenter to take pictures of us during the game. But we asked for a recording of our game from the camera, they shared it with us, and after that there was incontinence of laughter from our awkward movements and stumbles) I definitely recommend it!

On 12/27/2025, I was injured by an employee of the Warpoint Club. When I was playing a VR game, an employee placed a high stool right on the border of my safe square, marked with a white line, although there was a lot of space around. Then the employee left the room, and at that moment, while doing a squat with glasses, I abruptly hit my head on the edge of a stool and received a cut between my nose and lip. And it's all captured by surveillance cameras. Being in a state of shock, I didn't immediately realize that the injury was serious until I felt blood pouring out. A complaint was left in the Comments and Suggestions Book. Despite the manager's promise to call back on 12/29/2025 and inform about the measures taken, the call never came. Due to such negligence, I highly recommend this club: with VR glasses, you do not see any real obstacles that may appear in your "safe zone" due to the fault of employees.

I went to this club for the first and last time. I am shocked by such brazen negligence on the part of the staff. A friend was injured in an accident caused by an employee. It is clear that when going to such places, you need to be aware of all the risks, since being in a VR helmet, you can fall and hit your head against the wall, but when this happens due to the fault of an employee of the club, and not a player - well, how is that at all!? In short: the operator, who is supposed to monitor the players during the game and create a safe space for the player, for some reason dragged a huge stool and put it right on the line where the player is standing and does not see anything that is happening in the real world! Then the cameraman just left, and my friend, squatting in the game, hit her head on this very stool, split her lip, and we safely watched all this on the surveillance cameras, where everything is clearly visible. The most interesting thing is that when they asked for the complaint book, one of the employees stubbornly repeated like a robot that she was NOT THERE and that she did not know where she was at all! And then there's the fun.: She offers us to "ride something for free"! Imagine a situation where a person is upset, with a beaten face through no fault of his own, and they offer him free rides and bonuses. What if it's negligence?! With grief, the complaint book was found in just a second, when the manager of the club herself came up. The complaint was left, they promised to call us back, but rather they just beautifully escorted us out, since no one called back in the end. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would give this institution a minus 10. I have never seen such an attitude towards clients before.

We came up to the site and asked the guys to help us launch it. One guy stayed, the others dispersed, although he called the guys to help. We couldn't set it up for a long time due to technical problems. Either the picture was different, or the cancellations did not work. In general, we managed to play only half of the paid time, or even less. No one has reimbursed the time spent on setting up the game with either money or game time.
