Hello everyone, I ordered a computer in this store, the prices were pleased , but the work of the store leaves much to be desired, when calling the store, it seems that he does not want to talk to you, they postponed delivery several times and replaced components due to the lack of previously selected items in stock. After delivering everything necessary, I discovered defects in the PC and contacted the warranty department , where the guys work more pleasantly , but also the impression that they are reluctant .
However!!! I really want to mention this employee, manager Roman left only positive emotions , polite, responsive, competent and responsible person. He reported everything in a timely manner and contributed as much as possible to a quick solution to the problem , a pleasant person who is as likeable as possible. I give 5 stars, exclusively for the work of Roman , I wish there were more such specialists.

A very strange place, and even more strange are the huge repair deadlines. If you are handing over a vacuum cleaner, then you also need a box, which I threw away on the second day because it is large. Now apparently my vacuum cleaner can be fucked up. The vacuum cleaner was also dusty. This also caused indignation, although I washed it. The repair period is from 14 days to infinity (apparently diligently). By the way, before that I called another service, a paid one, they said two days. Well, customer orientation and free warranty repairs are harsh things. Although they have not yet accused that the breakdown occurred due to exploitation.
An employee of the department named Roma is well done, do not deprive him of money for organizing the work of the service, which he cannot influence. The defect of the product lasted two weeks - this is "strong"! "Thank you" for the "customer orientation"! And Roma - well done!

The employees are incompetent. Warranty obligations are refused to be fulfilled on time. I've never seen a worse service. The product was "traveling" from Wednesday to Monday before the warranty service. The deadlines for replacing the goods do not fit: At first it seemed that we would bring the goods from the warehouse to you within the time limits established by law, and then on the day of delivery they call and face the fact that we will bring them on Wednesday, since the goods were not in stock. You start asking a question about compensation for non-compliance with the deadlines for the repair (replacement) of goods - in response you get aggression, tactless attitude. But, after arguing a little, they contemptuously ask the question: "Name the amount, and I will give it to the management, but most likely they will refuse. You can at least go to court, we'll win anyway." I bought goods from them both for cash and as a legal entity. Both had the same trouble with delivery times, etc. I highly recommend this service and their store. Next time I will order the product as a legal entity, and if a similar situation repeats, a complaint will be written.

I have never left negative reviews in my life, it's time, apparently, the guys ruined the impression of the purchase so much, even a few do not deserve it. Terrible service, ordered the PC assembly, it was indicated that it was needed soon, which was agreed upon for delivery the next day. However, 5 minutes before the courier sends my assembly, they call me and say that they will not deliver it because there is a dent on the case, it seemed very strange to me, I say take the components separately and assemble them ourselves, to which I was told that the couriers left, I did not understand how they were going to assemble the computer in 5 minutes. I chewed and did not refuse, I decided to wait for the next day, because they assured me that the delivery would be as expected. The next day at 8 a.m., I contacted this company and clarified whether it would be delivered without jokes, I was assured that yes, it would be delivered for sure. In the evening at 19.20 (moreover, yesterday they called at 18.50 and the couriers have already left) they call me again, apologize and say that they cannot deliver because there is no case, I am outraged why they did not find out that there would be no case all day and did not pick up another one, they replied that at the last minute before sending literally they found out as if it was nonsense, because even an experienced specialist needs at least 40 minutes. I say bring the spare parts, I'll go buy the case separately, as a result, the components were brought almost at 11 pm. Moreover, she said call an hour before the courier arrives, the courier called 5 minutes before the door and arrived half an hour later, the negligence of the service is off the scale. I have never experienced such a spoiled mood from buying....

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this store!!! We read Alexander Pleskachevsky's review of August 20, 2024 very late and found ourselves in a similar situation. They deliver defective goods, and then refuse to fulfill warranty obligations. We ordered an original cartridge for the office in the canon lapper. The price is not small. It was packed in a box and just a plastic container without any other protection of the parts from damage. They opened it and put it in the absence of a courier, which turned out to be a big mistake. The cartridge turned out to be defective. I printed a black mark all over the sheet every 2.5 cm. Upon further careful inspection of the cartridge, a dark spot was noticed on the rubber roller. We contacted the warranty department Algo.by . An employee of the department asked to send a photo of the warranty card and a photo of the cartridge and concluded from the photo that this was a mechanical damage and it was done during unpacking or installation. During the 4 days of correspondence with the department, we were not even asked to pick up the goods for inspection! This is just a DECEPTION of buyers! I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY goods in this store, or unpack, carefully inspect and check the goods in the presence of a courier with mandatory fixation on video.

I bought an uninterruptible power supply for my computer and monitor, and after 2 weeks it started turning off the power itself, even with normal electricity. I sent it for warranty service, and the answer came that the unit was "fully functional" and simply could not withstand the power of my computer. I asked to replace it with a more suitable one, but they refused, saying that "we don't care." The consultant assured me that this unit would be perfect. Absolutely disappointed! I installed it and I see that he does not see the memory card, the plug of the rear-view camera transmits the picture to the first hole or bump (stripes, the screen darkens).
I called the store. They said they would take it away, if it was defective, they would change it or refund the money. And then it started. They were taken away only on the 5th day. He issued an act of transfer of the goods, where he indicated the replacement of the goods or a refund. The registrar left for Minsk. A few days later, I called to find out about the inspection of the goods, to which I received an answer: they say we have 14 days by law. I'm waiting.
It's been 20 days since I gave it to the courier, silence. I call myself, they answer: everything is fine, your registrar was repaired today - tomorrow they will bring it to the store, and then we will send it to you in Gomel... I understand, they will bring it as slowly as possible, I was worried, I will leave the other day, I will not be in the country, I need a good new DVR on the road and I do not need 10 times soldered equipment, because I indicated a replacement or refund in the act. To which I received an answer: they say you need to issue a return certificate, which you did not immediately write?
