Horror. The carpet was returned deformed, damp, with a musty smell, stained probably from the inept use of chemicals, with black stains of an unclear nature. The carpet is absolutely ruined and cannot be restored in any way. To the trash. Avoid this strange office. Utter unprofessionalism.
