I recently visited the wonderful Waterproof restaurant, which pleasantly surprised me with its comfort and delicious dishes! The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a traditional seaside style, creating an atmosphere of a water trip. I would like to pay special attention to the dishes: I tried the famous French bois—bes, a surprisingly harmonious combination of flavors, perfectly cooked even in the Russian interpretation, using pike, catfish and a pair of bottom crayfish. The baked pike perch turned out to be the most tender, literally melting in my mouth thanks to the correct cooking technology. The pike roll is a real culinary art, the buckwheat filling was fragrant and balanced in taste. The service is also excellent: the staff is attentive and polite, the atmosphere is conducive to a pleasant rest and sincere conversations. I will definitely come back here again, I recommend Waterproof to all connoisseurs of quality food and marine environment!
