First of all, I went into the store, asked for a product, and a BLONDE AND an OLD woman sarcastically said that there was no product, my life doesn't exist, whatever that product is, it's here, look, I'm shocked, I don't understand where she gets the sincerity to say my life.. later, I was looking at the product because there is a discount in the store, there is already security, he gives people an incredibly uncomfortable look, as if you are going to steal, he looks around constantly, he constantly looks at the tester, even if you look at the products, he stops watching and looks terrible, if you want to provide security, you should have a camera room, put a staff there, let the staff constantly watch the cameras, people feel bad when shopping, even if it's because of you, he won't take it, at least look at people smiling and smiling while maintaining control. I'm coming to the most important part, the employee who is old and blonde is a complete fiasco, when I was looking at makeup brushes, nascita's brushes were taped, not sealed, and it was open, I touched the brush with my hand from the open part, so I didn't open it anyway, there were brushes with taped mouths there, I definitely didn't touch them, and I never even opened them, the woman scolded me immediately loudly when there were a lot of customers in front of the cash register, we don't open them, ma'am, and I was shocked, I said that she was already open-mouthed, we normally shouldn't open, we close the mouth of packages, trusting you, saying me he accused me as if I had done it, and I gave him a look as if I was his enemy, it's terrible, if I had a thousand businesses, I would never host such an employee, and I'm a business owner too! I did my shopping, I came out, I checked my receipt, and they reflected a price like 130 TL for the shampoo, which was 90 TL, and I came back again, I got a refund, so they spent extra money if I didn't check, but they never have the habit of apologizing, this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude in a Watson branch, there are definitely serious problems in management. I go to the Watsons located in Taksim, located in Nişantaşı, I make purchases from there and they are very cute, especially the employees located in the Nişantaşı Branch are really cute, but this WATSONS PANGALTI BRANCH is A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME!
