Many thanks to Daria for the organized trip.We were very pleased with the selected hotels, for all the time the transfer has never failed, although there was a lot of it.Daria is always in touch 24/7.All travel arrangements (Malaysia tour) No problem, everything is strictly as prescribed in the tour, even the planes flew strictly on schedule,We were very satisfied and grateful.Thank you very much.It was very cool!!!

Way Tour organized two trips for us: in the summer of 2024, Kuala Lumpur- Bali- Singapore and in March 2025, to Hainan Island. Ekaterina took care of everything and Dmitry sometimes helped. There were always clear answers to all questions. Ekaterina sent us different options for the trip. We chose according to our wishes, as it was best for us. All documents, all reservations, all transfers, all tickets were booked, and we were offered a guide to Kuala Lumpur, and we agreed on everything in advance. Very convenient. There were issues with baggage loss in Kuala Lumpur, but Ekaterina and Dmitry quickly got involved and resolved the issues as they came. We are happy with the organization of two trips, and they will always advise us on what is best.

My big thanks to the agency for organizing the Malaysia-Singapore tour, which I went on alone!! And also to Ekaterina, who was in touch with me, almost 24/7 at all times, and confidently wrapped up in her professionalism! I even sent her circles to tg:) It was a new and vast experience for me in everything: hotels, airport transfers and back (!), one hundred percent connection with the drivers of the same transfers, migration permits- everything was so clear that, honestly, it gave me a sense of care and security to worry about. There was nothing at all. Trust is a very fragile thing, but you have justified it in everything :)) Thanks for the new countries!
