They don't answer the phone, if the owner of the car in the papering and magnets doesn't boom-boom, then the staff doesn't really explain anything, they can't even recommend the thickness of the magnets ("0.5mm and 0.7mm hang on the gate behind you, take it, see what's better for you"). When paying in cash, checks are not issued until you ask for it. It takes 1-2 days to make a badge, which is generally ridiculous (by the way, the registry requires not only pasting, but also a badge, and the staff can't warn either)
