The location is very good. The parking lot too. But visiting this institution today, I ran into two troubles. The first was that there was not even a hint of paper in any of the cubicles in the men's room. The paper holder was only in one of the booths, but it turned out to be empty. The second trouble was that after contacting an employee of this institution, with a request to install the paper in the holder, they handed me one small piece of paper and that was it. When asked to give more, or to install the paper in the holder, the employee replied: "It's not my fault that you're carrying paper," and she gave me exactly one more small piece of paper. I assume that there is an insane shortage of paper, or maybe they are saving it for the house.
