They didn't let the child change his diaper (the child is 1 year old, and it's 8 degrees outside and windy) .They immediately said that we would pay, just change the diaper and wash up, to which they replied: "Where are you going to wash? In the washbasin, where do people wash their hands? No, I won't let you in." Naturally, everything would be wiped off with a diaper and rinsed out just for the sake of personal hygiene. Shame on the administrator as a person and as responsible for his work. There were no such situations in any of the public toilets we visited, and there were always adequate administrators who went to the meeting and even offered help!
