I ordered glasses for working at a computer in this salon. The choice of frames for different budgets, in general, it is also quite wide by model. They work great with objections, the first time they sent a frame with a scratch, without question they offered to change it for free to the same new one without additional charges, the waiting period increased slightly, but still - the order was completed quickly.

It's bad. Very. I changed the dark lenses in my frame. When replacing, the old lenses burst, they didn't tell me anything. when I noticed that they had not been returned to me, I was informed that they had crashed during replacement. Why this was not reported to me is unclear, because the lenses were not cheap!! The new lenses were poorly inserted and it is uncomfortable to look into them. As a result, I got glasses that are hard to see, but I can't put my old normal lenses back in, because they were broken. Naturally, no one compensated for anything. A lot of things are left out, trying to just sell. They sent me to the doctor, at the last moment they said that the service is paid and costs 30p, although usually the optometrist's service is free when buying goods. The consultants accept the answers to my questions with irritation and anger. I strongly advise against this optics, neither in the purchase nor in the service.

I am very pleased with this salon!
I check my eyesight and order glasses only here. Perhaps the prices are a little higher than in other places, but the quality is top—notch - everything is done perfectly the first time. The staff is attentive, and the selection of frames and lenses is always professional.

They picked up my glasses incorrectly. The size of the diopters does not correspond to reality. When I applied again, the doctor tried to prove to me that I was wrong, although I could not see well in their glasses. She refused to be re-selected.
I am extremely dissatisfied with her actions.

We were with two children, good staff, the doctor is very patient and qualified. They picked up both glasses and lenses for the eldest daughter, they did not impose their lenses, they inserted glasses into our frames without any problems. Before the children, the husband visited the optics, bought a wdl frame, picked up the optics, inserted the lenses, the husband is satisfied, for the first time in many years there is no feeling of discomfort, the frame is excellent, the lenses are optimal. I'll start with the cons. They ruined the whole good impression.
- We recommended lenses of our brand WDL twice. The result: conjunctivitis (it has never been for different companies before). For the first time I thought it was a coincidence.
I came a second time, Optima was not available. The consultant started talking about WDL again, said the doctor's conclusion that conjunctivitis was caused by lenses. To which I was told that this could not be, this does not happen, this is not a lens for sure.
There was no choice, and good staff (knows how to sell). Bought. I came home and put it on..after 2 hours, my eyes started to hurt. Bottom line: CONJUNCTIVITIS AGAIN!
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT MINUS!!! That I wrote this review on their website (for these lenses).. And they didn'T publish it..
Well, there is a +.
I ordered glasses from this company 2 years ago. I passed a vision check in Petrovshchina. I liked everything. Thanks for that.

I paid for the selection of lenses. She came in with glasses. They said they didn't suit me. We picked up the ostegmatic lenses, bought them from them. Before that, the doctor told me that ordinary ones were enough. Bottom line: I see things through lenses, then everything is in a fog... I can't work at the computer and with the phone at all. 65 rubles were thrown away. They also imposed ostegmatic glasses, it's good that I didn't have time to order.
I went to check if I had put on the lenses correctly, they were rude and did not accept it. I don't recommend it at all.
