They listened to me carefully, helped me choose not only the diopters, but also the comfort of wearing. They explained everything about the care in great detail, no imposition. The interior is clean, modern, and has a pleasant atmosphere.

We were faced with the absolute incompetence of the constants, who only opened one shelf with eyeglass frames at the request of the buyer and set aside to select the right one on their own. With completely empty optics, two consultants were just behind the cash register, not helping in any way with the selection. Having decided on a specific frame model, the sellers reported that not every one would fit the individual parameters specified in the recipe. There was no clear answer to the question of why they did not say this immediately when choosing the frame. I believe that the task of the sales consultant in optics is to orient the buyer according to suitable models, and not to provide the right to self-service, wasting the time of both parties.
