We have repeatedly helped to solve problems at the lowest cost.
1. I stopped by to make rear drum brakes. I calculated that at least a repair kit would be needed. But as a result, the guys put something out of their stocks and paid the minimum for the work.
2. The hood lock did not work. Together with the administrator, without even entering the gate, they looked at it and eliminated it on the spot. It was just necessary to develop a mechanism.
3. In addition to these little things, I have been to the suspension, clutch, etc. many times.
It attracts the openness of admins and repair guys. There is a desire to help and not to rip off extra money.

They served me terribly, they raised my nerves.
We changed the vacuum amplifier of the vehicle, the master was as silent as possible, answered questions reluctantly, went to other cars, after the manager asked him to come to us, he freaked out.
The price tag came out big, although we brought the spare part ourselves, they also said, they say, give 10 rubles for logistics, they did not specify in the act, after the work was done, errors appeared on the BC, the electric key also did not work and a nut was found in the engine compartment. The master decided to check on the computer, did not say that it was paid, as a result, they demanded money for diagnostics again.
The funds for the work were said to be better to pay in cash, because the card does not pass or what. Please respond to this review and explain without shouting what is going on there at all..

The craftsmen are good, they work quite quickly, the person at the reception is very good-natured, you can talk about this and that while the car is being made, I had a crunch in the area of the front wheel, they lifted the car, initially determined that the hub bearing, agreed on a replacement, later it turned out that it was not a bearing, but just the hub nut unscrewed a couple of turns. I was pleased that they said this and the repair came out cheaper (they might not have said it). You can definitely recommend it.

I paid 30p for diagnostics + inspection and 90p for replacement.
30.06 9:00 brought the car to the agreed time
I paid again for diagnostics + inspection, freon and oil. They argued that you definitely won't come to us tomorrow.
Leaks in the system were no longer detected, everyone watched 2-3 times, pumped freon with paint, etc., everything works
On this day, I picked up the car at 17:40, drove home in 10-15 minutes.
The next day in the morning, the air conditioner does not work, all the freon has leaked out.
I called, they said that we would dial during the day. They didn't dial it.
02.07 at 12:30+ - the director called, but I did not pick it up, because I did not see it. During the day, I called repeatedly - ignore. I drove up to the station myself. Another master examined it for free on his own initiative, said that the freon was without paint in the system, because nothing glows under ultraviolet light, laughed at the director and said that it was piggy and ugly and he would redo all the work for free, but since you paid Artyom (the Director did the work himself), then Let him do it. The master director got through, by the way, and we tried again = ignore)
The master said to drive up on Thursday, sort it out, we will warn him
04.07 we are coming again
They refused to refund the money for the diagnosis, because we spent depreciation on the equipment and you have to pay for it, we can return it for one. I say, there are no complaints about the cost of freon and oil, as well as compressor replacement, but the diagnosis was carried out 2 times and the result and the problem itself were not revealed.
To which it was said that you go to the doctor, he also does not immediately tell you the problem, but offers an additional examination. Out.
The simplest system in the car, I spend 2 weeks to fix it.
They don't value their reputation. Claims that there is one owner and there is no second owner, although this is not the case.
It was also said that I did not charge you for freon, which I pumped 2-3 times. I say, did you throw it away or did it spoil?
A terrible attitude. 0 respect.
I returned 30 rubles without checks.
Receipts for completed work are not given.
They invent figures for the work out of their heads, they can't argue what we paid for.
They told us to go to court and we will pay more for their expenses.
I'm not coming back anymore.

I have not found any disadvantages yet. I applied a second time, some kind of knock appeared. I arrived at lunch (without an appointment, just called). 10 minutes diagnostics, 5 minutes cost approval. "You can pick it up in the evening"!. Girls, this is a HUNDRED for us!!! Always very friendly, without posts and razvedilov. I highly recommend it!;;

Not satisfied with the service. I signed up in advance, before arrival, half an hour in advance, did I specify whether the car would be taken to work? They replied that everything was fine, you can come. Upon arrival, they said that the car was being driven right now and taken to work. In fact, neither on that day, nor after three hours of work the next day, my car was repaired. There is a problem getting through, after the answering machine is reset and you need to dial in a new way.
I got the impression that they were just picking up jobs and then raking them out. As I understand it, there are two shifts of guys working there. I got on that shift where the receptionist is a skinny tall guy. Lost time, rescheduling plans... To put it mildly, I am very saddened...

There were cases when some work was not completed, but the payment was taken, I later found out, they do not give checks, they do not want me to pay with a card, only in cash, they say that the cash register does not work.
If possible, I advise you to find more decent ones, and at prices you can find cheaper ones.
Locksmiths, in my opinion, are good specialists, commanders spoil everything.

We didn't do anything, we didn't even start. The car was taken away. The service is terribly simple.

For almost three years now I have been traveling only to this service station. Excellent service, very friendly team of craftsmen. There is almost everything you need for car maintenance: Service station (of course), tire service and car wash. Three in one is like instant coffee, but in quality it is like roasted grain coffee made by the most skillful barista. On my last visit, I used all three services: I serviced the car, changed the tires for summer and then washed them (I asked to wash only the outside, but it seems that the interior was also refreshed as a bonus).
Great location (for me), great people, convenient work schedule. I tirelessly recommend WDrive to all friends and acquaintances. Definitely like and ten stars (it's a pity that you can only put five here).

I called in the evening to find out if they would take the car for repair, they said bring it, leave it, they will take it the next day. I brought the car, left it for a day. No one called that day, I called myself, the car was not even taken for repair. They said it was worth it from the last shift, in order to take it you need to go to the market to buy a part. When asked if you have no suppliers, they answered no. They personally drive. They would have warned me, I would have ordered them with delivery.
In general, I do not recommend this service station for Dzerzhinsky.
PS: I took the car after them to the other service station, it was repaired the same evening. Why promise?
