I contacted the organization on 02.11.2023, left an online application on the website. The next day, at a convenient time for me, Master Igor arrived.
He took into account all my wishes for resuscitation of the computer (offered solutions to problems, told me everything in detail and calmly for me as an amateur). He did his job without fuss and professionally. But the positive moments did not end there either. A couple of days later , I dialed by phone for a consultation , and as a result: I was listened to, consulted and again helped to resolve the issue. Definitely, thanks for the feedback. 10/10.
