Hello. Today, at about 22:25, I wanted to take an order. At the reception, the girl at the bar with a tattoo on her neck gave the order in a politely insulting tone, with eyes full of hatred for me, she gave the order. She looked at me as if I were a German soldier who burned down her home.
Since I also have experience in customer service, I think this is an abominable performance of my duties to customer service. When she said goodbye, I noticed the words in her eyes, and there were other, more humiliating words in her head. I wanted to write a complaint in the complaints and suggestions book, but I didn't have time.
I ask you to do the work, why do the restaurant staff respectfully look like cattle. There was no complaint about the guys, they were very friendly.

Passing by, I always felt the desire to enter this place, and today, finally, I did it. Karaoke is located on the ground floor, and the restaurant itself is on the second floor. At first it seems that there are enough free seats, but after 10-15 minutes it is almost full boarding. The waiters are Russian, all very good-natured, the service is wonderful. We had a nice girl, Anastasia, who told us in detail about the dishes, how they are served, which would be worth trying if you are not a fan of spicy. If you can't eat with chopsticks, don't worry, they won't leave you without a fork. The food was delicious, the choice of dishes was great. The portions are huge, although they ordered a little, but the two of them still couldn't handle it, so they had to take it home. In general, the restaurant left a very good impression.

We were walking with my husband and decided to look into this restaurant. The interior is very interesting, pleasant music, but many tables were occupied! Nevertheless, we managed to try the dishes, fortunately the waiters are very attentive and told us about the dishes in detail. The food is very tasty! The menu is huge, the choice was very surprising! The portions are large, I had to take them home. Overall, we were satisfied, we will definitely return.
