We were at this hotel from December 1 to December 14, 2022. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m.We know they were settled only by 2 o'clock.what are the rules.but our plane was only the second from Krasnoyarsk and the hotel was almost empty and they still hadn't checked in before.tourists were greeted without smiles.It's like they're not happy.at least in other hotels we met somewhere with cocktails.and where with orchids and settled immediately.we know about this because there were many acquaintances.When we moved in, there were about 4 families and everyone was given 3 fl.but we all refused and asked for the 6th floor.They say the hotel used to be good.but now, after the opening, it's something.1-the rooms are good.cleaning is like having a so-so 2 dining rooms-there's just nothing to eat.there is no baking at all.even croissants.2 types of jam.disgusting coffee.There are very few tables.as well as the maintenance staff.3 the territory is swimming pools and that's it.we saw a black snake.the staff was called.but they searched so sluggishly.that they didn't find anything.in the evening, the area is almost not illuminated. it's creepy.It's scary to walk.we jumped into the first entrance and walked down the corridor to our elevator.They say all these flaws are because of that.that the hotel was closed.Maybe we're just unlucky.

Stealing money in the rooms!!! We stashed large bills, but there was a bag and small bills in our wallet, dollars, rubles and several Egyptian pounds (left over from a previous trip to Egypt). They pulled out about 20 bucks in small change, 2-3 thousand rubles and 50 pounds of Egyptian (they can't even be exchanged anywhere in Thailand!!!). Like they think they're idiots at all? They pulled several different bills, like they wouldn't notice, since they didn't take everything? They came to the reception, no one cares about anything there, they say if the money was not in the safe, they are not responsible for anything, they offered to go to the police themselves, get some kind of delivery, and only after that they are ready to view the cameras, like who entered the room. It is clear who entered - the maids or some other staff who has access, what will the camera show from the corridor? That is, everything that is not in the safe can be taken out of the room or what!? The question is not about money, the loss is not great, but in a spoiled mood. That is, the maids rummaged through all the things in the suitcase (the bag with the purse was inside), searched the entire bag, etc. fu. By the way, they didn't clean every day, the rooms were cleaned selectively, apparently according to the mood of the staff.At the same time, the initial impression of the hotel was very good, good location, rooms, sea views, good breakfasts, but you don't want to face such staff and attitude to solving problems in hotels that are not cheap. If you want to relax, when choosing this hotel, we recommend ignoring it and choosing another one, such places should go bankrupt and close until new owners and managers come who are able to provide a high level of service, and since something went wrong, then solve problems, and not mow down fools.

The main disappointment of the year. Even when choosing a hotel, I came across negative reviews about WW, but the positive ones outweighed and it was decided to choose this particular hotel. At the booking stage, we warned Anex tour that we were on our honeymoon and clarified whether any bonus was due. We were told that we need to take a marriage certificate and arrange everything. Guess who, like a fool, stood with this certificate at check-in and asked to do something, and in response they sent him and said: "you have to pay for everything!". This is the first time I have encountered such rudeness. It is clear that there will be no service at the stage of settlement. We haven't even heard of velkam drinks here. Let me remind you that the hotel positions itself 5* (somewhere they write 4+*). The room is a disaster. The locker on the front door works every other time, the furniture is tired, there is mold in the shower. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything, I'm not kidding, you could hear the neighbors peeing, clearly and clearly. And the highlight of engineering is the door leading to the next room, which adds to the audibility of the x2. And if you are also lucky with your neighbors, then you will hear slaps and moans so loudly, as if intercourse is taking place on your head. By the way, the administration, when asked to pacify the loving ones, spread her arms and said that they were moving out tomorrow, they say, be patient. Due to the influx of tourists, there were not enough sun beds and it literally made sense to fight for a sunbed. There are even fewer mattresses for sun beds, you can count them with your finger. And lying on plastic is not so convenient. If you see gazebos near the pool with cozy beds in the photos, forget it, this is no longer here. Beggarly white plastic sun beds - that's how we love our tourists! The room cleaning is mediocre, they carry a smelly rag, but they leave. There is a shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, but there is no hair conditioner. Wi-Fi catches every other time, but it works, thanks at least for that. The TV in the room is small, you can see that you saved money. The air conditioner is not turned on at night, it blows too hard. That's why you wake up in the morning wet from the heat. Luggage weighing is paid. Separately, I will say that the hall and dining room are designed in the style of Asian collective farm chic. There are many structures made of wood, which has already dried up and lost its presentable appearance. Once upon a time, this hotel may have been cool, but now it's definitely not worth your money and your attention.

Very convenient in terms of accommodation and camfort: the number of cafes, exchangers, bazaars, shops, vehicles and the beach (or paid sun beds with umbrellas - 100 baht, or a shared beach under palm trees). The breakfasts are decent. There are two buildings, three swimming pools and a Jacuzzi in the middle. There is a three-room gym, but without a sauna. The spa salon is a pure massage. To the port by tuk-tuk 15 minutes, and there to the island of Kolan another 30 minutes. And beautiful beaches with white sand and azure water. Currently, the water in Pattaya is clean everywhere. Wi-Fi is strong enough throughout the hotel. The situation is calm. The rooms are large. Constant excellent cleaning. Toiletries before toothbrushes are changed daily. I recommend it, especially with children. Through the restaurant building, the cat organizes 2 times a week musical dance evenings (live music of the 70s - 90s) with a buffet of only 320 baht per person. I will definitely come back with my family. We were there for the new year 2020.
