Sometimes trouble comes, and hands give up, tears flow..That's how it was with us..we bought an expensive bike, and after 2 weeks it fell apart..Yes, it happens..
There was not a single hand in our city, and we had to go from Maryina Gorka to the capital.. On the phone, Alexander immediately reassured me that he knows how to treat such a large one..
We were flying on wings (or rather on a minibus) with a package in our hand and hope in our eyes…
But!
Our savior, having assessed the flawed details, there are many of them..He asked me to bring another one (whole) so that everything would be aligned to the millimeter and there would be no distortion during assembly..(and then some lumberjacks can look at the eye, so it mostly happens)
After a couple of days we went to Minsk again, with hope and faith.. despite his day off, Alexander came to work for us and did everything as efficiently as possible and so quickly (that they didn't even have time to check into my would-be cyclist's dorm).
