We were in early May 2025. The food is excellent, the territory is small, but well maintained, cleverly and beautifully organized. The rooms are exactly 4 stars, there are no complaints.
BUT:
1. There is no passage to the water at all. The hotel has no access to the water, and there are no agreements with neighbors to allow vacationers to access the water. The only way to sit on the shore is to go to the reservoir through the Pyramid, paying 50,000 soums in May, and 150,000 soums per person in the season.
2. No sewage treatment plants were found in the hotel or in the Pyramid. Most likely, the sewage system is designed according to the marine type - a pipe in a reservoir. The brown foam on the shores of the reservoir confirms this assumption.
3. There is nowhere to go from the hotel. There are fences everywhere, guards everywhere, it is impossible. The only road along the coast has no sidewalks, and it is dangerous to walk along it. It was with difficulty that they found their way to the mountains to the state forest, which has not yet been sold. But this is the road to the amateur, phys. You need to have training, the workload is serious.
So the hotel is a paradise within its fence, surrounded by wild game, rampant owners who think only of their land.
