Excellent hotel, one of the best in Riga. The rooms have everything you need, including earplugs, because many people might think that there is good audibility in the rooms (it never bothered me). In the bathroom there is only an all-in-one remedy from cosmetics, I had to buy my shampoo, which was a little sad. Everything is fine in the spa area, except for a wild amount of chlorine everywhere (rather it is +, because it guarantees disinfection😂). Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 to 11, there is champagne, all dishes are hot at any time and updated on time.
The staff is very polite, they speak Russian and English fluently. Room cleaning is on top, every day, tea and coffee are served. There is a good mini-bar. But there are a lot of cafes and a supermarket nearby, so it was not relevant for us. If the bathrobe and slippers are not included in the room, then they can be purchased for the duration of your stay (15 euros for two people came out for 3 days). Overall a great place :)

I liked it: the location is excellent, the interior is nice, the breakfasts are excellent.
I didn't like it: the room was very small, even cramped, despite the fact that it was indicated in advance that we would arrive with a child. At the same time, our friend, alone, lived in a room 1.5 times larger. Drinking water is provided free of charge only upon check-in. Paid access to the spa area.

A large restaurant (they cook super), a good SPA, a pleasant place, the view from the windows is not super, but there is nothing to complain about. All in 3 languages (ENGLISH/LATIN/RUSSIAN). Kind staff, luggage storage, discounts for tourists. tours. I recommend.

The location is perfect, the interiors are super!
I don't advise you on New Year's holidays - they can't cope. There are not enough staff, especially, it seems, managers take a vacation for this time. Breakfast is empty, no food, no dishes, no cleaning.
And there are holes in the bed linen.
