I ordered one wrap through the app, and another one at a nearby subway. Everything was ready at subway and the status in the app was you can pick it up, everything is ok. At Wendy's, the order was issued before I arrived at the establishment. Yesterday it was exactly the same, the order was already issued instead of being picked up, after sorting through several packages, they found mine. I waited 25 minutes today. I go up to the counter, ask for an order, and they ignore me. I ask again, they asked me to wait 5 minutes, and the same thing happened 10 minutes later. He insistently demanded an order, and one of the managers came up. What do you want? I show the order on my phone (and it says it's already been issued). Manager your order has not arrived to us, you have not paid, show the payment. I had to prove that I had placed an order and after that they said wait still. The order was issued, they didn't say anything. It so happened that the order is ready, people are scurrying around picking up their orders and they just ignore me, I can't pick up my pathetic wrap. An unpleasant aftertaste remained. Apparently, the manager builds employees so that there are no outstanding orders in the queue, and in the confusion the order is lost. Or one of the employees is irresponsible about their work. Earlier, in an empty restaurant, I ordered from the terminal, also wrap, we played for 15 minutes. If you do not want to wait and demand to issue your order, then I do not recommend it.
