A cool little hotel, pleasant and courteous staff, a small buffet for 30lari per person per visit, cleaning every day, clean, cozy, tidy. On the plus side, we were upgraded to a suite for free, as we were first moved into a room with no washing machine or kitchen, and we couldn't live like this for 2 weeks. Pleasant and polite, Russian-speaking staff, it was nice that they took away the garbage and gave us water (2 bottles) every day. We had a room with an amazing view of the mountains! Mac is nearby. On the downside: the hotel is just for those who have come to Tbilisi for work or some business that does not require many trips, because the transport interchange in this area is simply terrible. We arrived purely for an interview at the consulate, in fact, it was fine for us, but To get to the nearest supermarket or pharmacy, we had to walk through some kind of jungle for 40-50 minutes. It takes about 40-60 minutes to get to the center, depending on traffic jams, and there are always traffic jams in this area. Every 2-3 days, our gas was cut off and because of this there was no hot water, which really spoiled the impression. In general, it's okay to live for 2 weeks, I wouldn't have enough for more.

I really liked the hotel: excellent room stock (we were given a 2-room room when booking a standard one), a beautiful bath (everything is clean and tidy, new plumbing), the presence of a small kitchen was particularly surprising (there is everything for cooking, from dishes to a stove, refrigerator, microwave and even a washing machine (!) with dryer ironing board and iron), excellent service (daily cleaning, water was always left), delicious breakfasts (a standard buffet without frills, but everything was very tasty), responsive staff, ready to help. It's not the most convenient location due to the distance of the metro and the center, but the key thing for us was to be close to the American embassy (to get a visa), so it wasn't a problem for us.

Not a bad apartment hotel. I was alone in the low season, I actually got a studio with a living room for the price of a single room - there was plenty of room. The size was also partly a disadvantage - there was a TV in the living room with a sofa, but there was no TV in the bedroom - it was unusual to fall asleep without a background. ;) The breakfasts are hearty and high-quality, albeit with a small variety. The negative aspect of breakfast is that the coffee is only instant, which is clearly not in the hotel's class. Room cleaning is excellent, 1 liter of water is replenished every day. The washing machine is brand new, but you need to bring your own laundry products. The disadvantage of the place is that there is no shopping around, except for a small shop with a cafeteria at a gas station. He helped out a lot. The problem is mitigated by ridiculous taxi and bus prices in Tbilisi. Well, and delivery, for those who have settled in. In general, it is a good place to spend the night, have breakfast and leave here on your own business, returning to sleep again. Which is exactly what many people need.

The hotel is chic, premium class. A Russian-speaking client-oriented administrator. Convenient parking with a barrier. Booked for one night. The price was very favorable for such a room. It was the best thing that Booking offered. During the eviction, the administration asked if they liked everything. Having decided to stay one more day in Tbilisi, we had no doubts when choosing a place to stay. A full breakfast is available at the hotel for an additional fee. We recommend the hotel for your stay!

It's a great hotel. There is a parking lot. There is a bar and a pool table on the G. There is Wi-Fi. The staff is helpful. The rooms have washing machines and a kitchen. Nearby are McDonald's and currency exchangers. Restaurants and the center are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Terrible location near the factory. If the windows face the street, be prepared that you will not be able to open the windows. The photo shows a quiet street without cars - in fact, there are traffic jams and gases from morning to evening. Very nice photos of the pool and gym. In fact, in summer, the pool is only allowed at night. And the gym is closed altogether. Then why put up these photos? It hasn't been cleaned in 10 days!!! The towels were changed only after they took the dirty ones downstairs and asked to change them. The staff just looked strangled and said, "What didn't they change for you? Not cleaned?". It's just a terrible hotel!

It is noisy during the day, as the front facade of the building overlooks a huge car service that has been buzzing since the morning and smells of varnish. If you book rooms, ask for a view of the courtyard. There are no shops nearby, you need to walk for 15 minutes along the Agmashenebeli to the Magnet, which is not very pleasant, there is no sidewalk. It is also not convenient to drive by car - the U-turn is far and dangerous. There is a Goodwill hypermarket nearby, but only by car. As it is, everything is fine, pleasant staff, Parking for 8-10 cars.

The hotel is excellent and very loyal. They let me in with a big dog, allowed me to check in late at night and check out a little later without extra charges. The surcharge was only 50 GEL for the dog. The room was standard, it has a separate bedroom, there is a sofa, a desk for work and a TV. And most importantly, there is a kitchen with a washing machine and a stove. We stayed for one night on the way to Batumi.
