I really liked this cozy and very clean hotel.The rooms are as in the photo, everything matches the description, even better in person.The finishing is made of not cheap materials and I especially want to note the quality of the mattresses, not sagging and as new, I really rested on this bed. The hosts, a friendly and hospitable Georgian family, are ready to help and prompt any question, they live on the territory of the hotel, which personally caused me peace and security.Very tasty homemade breakfasts are such that you could no longer have lunch.The area is very quiet, there are many private hotels around and it is located near the Isani metro station, literally 10-15 minutes on foot, there are also a lot of different shops and Khinkali house nearby, you can have a delicious meal.I will definitely come back again, I won't even look for another one.Thanks a lot

Great hotel. The local cat was very pleased, loved us very much and even spent the night in the room. The hosts are very friendly, hospitable, sociable. The breakfasts are delicious, although not quite varied. The room is heated by the battery + you can turn on the air conditioner, the water is hot and the pressure is strong. Separately, I would like to make a comment about cleaning - it felt like we hadn't been cleaned up too much, that even on the bedside table there was an untidy trace from a cup of tea and the sink was dirty, I won't lower the score for this in the hope that the owners would better monitor the cleaning in the future.
