I would like to thank the company's staff for their teamwork. I signed a contract for the purchase of a car from the USA on the eve of February 23 and received a bonus in the form of a 50% discount on the company's services. My auction took place on March 1st. And on May 9th, I already picked up the car from customs. The staff was in touch all the time, answered all questions. For me, buying a car in this way, almost with my eyes closed, is the first time. There were a lot of questions, but they always answered clearly and politely, like a first-grader. My job was to deposit money on time, and the rest was taken care of by the WM staff. Of course, I think that shipping from Klaipeda to Minsk is expensive when compared with shipping from the auction site to the port and then across the Atlantic Ocean to Klaipeda with transshipment in Hamburg. The fact that there was more damage (hidden) compared to the photo, I was ready for this. When processing customs documents, the declarant suggested frames for the numbers with the WM logo. I took it with pleasure and I will continue to travel with them, because the employees are doing their job, which they understand. Thank you again for your cooperation, don't be ashamed to ride with your logo.
