We stayed with my son together in this guest house for a whole week. We were immensely satisfied with everything: the location on an authentic street (between metro stations, even 7 minutes on foot to the train station, 8-9 minutes on foot to Marjanishvili, shops and bakeries nearby), and the conditions (well-renovated rooms, cozy, quiet, warm, comfortable beds and a fresh bed, neighbors-there were almost no guests), the price (the minimum price, for excellent conditions) and the kindness of the hosts (unobtrusive, but ready to help, to suggest something at the time of treatment). It will be comfortable to stay at least a couple of nights, at least a couple of weeks. Now we know exactly where to live "When in Tbilisi"! The next time we go to Georgia, we will definitely come to this guest house.

Прекрасные апартаменты и привлекательные цены. Останавливались с мамой на сутки. Очень дружелюбные хозяева. Всё необходимое для проживания есть. Ночью тихо и спокойно. До центра города 20-25 минут пешком.

Супер, семейный мини-отель-хостел, назвал бы это так)), хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые, чисто и уютно, колорит старого Тбилиси, с удовольствием остановился бы ещё раз!!
