Conflicting impressions of the clinic. A long story. In short: for vaccination, castration, etc., basic manipulations can be handled: clean, pleasant, prices are normal. Not for complex treatments.
My cat has squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, they turned to Milyutina V.L. with a tumor near the eye. At the first appointment, she said that she would not be able to cut it out, cryodestruction would not help, only chemistry. Filippovich A. conducted the chemistry sessions competently, thanks to her. But one day, Milyutina herself was there instead, and she couldn't put a catheter in the cat. I pierced 3 paws, called the administrator for help, the cat was eventually held by 3 people, he already felt sick from fear, began to breathe through his mouth. At the same time, she reproached both the cat for breaking free, and the owner for holding it the wrong way. They called another doctor, who delivered it in half a minute without any problems.
Further, the chemistry did not help, we came to Milyutina's office again. Then she said that you can try both surgery and cryo. Such an operation is allegedly performed at their clinic. The eye, she said, will be preserved, everything will be OK (and our main goal is to save the eye, since the cat has only one). But we decided to see the surgeon directly first (Anna, it seems). Thanks to her for her honesty, she explained to us that if you cut it out like that, the eye won't close and you'll have to remove it later anyway.
Another VERY IMPORTANT point: the cat's blood was deteriorating, white blood cells and platelets were falling to critical levels. It's kind of a natural side effect of chemistry, but not that much. I sounded the alarm, but Milutina assured me that it was OK. As a result, in another clinic, where the cat still had the tumor removed, the heads.the doctor, looking at such tests and the appearance of the cat, insisted on a VIC test and it turned out to be positive. The cat would have died soon if we hadn't found out. Chemotherapy was generally contraindicated.

Probably not at the main place of work. There wasn't even a last name on the appointment form. It just said doctor on duty.

The abscess was huge and the cat was in great pain. They couldn't even touch it at home to look at it. The cat hissed and screamed. We decided to take him to the clinic. So that all this would be done painlessly.
After examining the cat, the doctor said that it was an abscess and shaved off the fur in the place where he was. It was very big. It occupied about a third of the back. I pulled out a hair and a little pus appeared from this place.
Then, without any incision or anesthesia, which is usually done in other clinics, pus began to press through a small hole formed by pulling out several hairs. Creating pressure inside the abscess that the cat couldn't stand.

Unfortunately, they went to the hospital in the same clinic where the abscess was opened, where it was cured to death after a couple of weeks due to inadequate tests and constant sedation so that it would not bother them. He meowed at night without a break. Why figure out why it meows if you can inject sedatives. Moreover, every day. The infection was introduced in addition to the serious condition through a catheter, which was not tracked in time.
Other clinics.
In another clinic, they used to open an abscess for another cat many times smaller. They took a local anesthetic and made an incision. The cat didn't scream at all.

Vera Milyutina, the director of the clinic, is an impudent person. With a lot of negative reviews. They didn't know at the time of the request.
We made an appointment for a transfusion at 12:00 and said we would have to wait for her for a blood compatibility test. They said she would arrive at 12:00. She arrived at 14:00 to pick up the analyzer that was brought to her. She was definitely not coming to us. Accepted at 14.30. Upon arrival, she didn't even say hello, let alone apologize. As a result, I didn't do any analysis. They gave me a paper to sign that they were responsible if the blood didn't fit. Why it was necessary to wait for her for almost 3 hours and torment the cat donors is not clear.

If you love your pet and need a serious approach to treatment, this is not the place for you. They performed surgery on Milyutina's dog on 04/22/2025, complications arose, they tried to save her, but they lost our pet. Milutina's indifference was simply shocking. This is the first time I've encountered this. I walked by in silence, we came to see the condition of the dog in the hospital (if you can call this room that) from 12.00 to 20.00, we were waiting for at least something to say. Thank you Filippovich A.D. for trying to save our Julia. I think if we had chosen another clinic, we would not have lost the pet!

For several years now, I have been serving my cat only in this clinic. My favorite doctor is Vera Leonidovna, one of the best veterinarians in Belarus. Today I was at another nice girl's reception and was also satisfied.
I work with animals myself (groomer) I often recommend this clinic to my clients. Some lives were saved here. They made real diagnoses that could not be made in other clinics.
(If you really find fault. Sometimes there are questions for the administrators. Not the most friendly people, they work slowly. For some reason, it is not always in place)

They were bred for a lot of money. The cat has acute cystitis, we asked for help here. In addition to ivs, many non-mandatory and paid services were provided. After the second visit, neither ready-made blood biochemistry tests for hands nor recommendations were given. As a result, they went to another clinic and there, after an examination, a preliminary diagnosis was a possible kidney failure in the cat. The doctor of this clinic did not announce the diagnosis, but would continue to pump out money until death in the worst case. We had our treatment adjusted at another clinic and the price came out ten times less. I strongly do not recommend contacting this clinic if your pet has a serious diagnosis and difficult treatment. There are doctors here who will just milk you for money to the last. You risk losing your beloved pet.

Initially, I was looking for a good dermatologist, but as a result we found more doctors in other areas + excellent service: polite administrator, convenient online recording, clean, cozy, everything is always timed, water for dogs at the reception, an adequate price tag for services.
Vera Milyutina was looking for a problem with York, Vladislav Skarga and Irina Karachun had an ultrasound, Maria Letyaga performed castration and sanitation of the oral cavity. It is convenient that a fairly large set of manipulations can be done in one place, rather than jumping around different clinics.
The doctors are good and smiling, a huge plus is that they are in touch on the social network, if something has suddenly been forgotten / happened.
Of all the private vet.the clinics you have visited, you have the best service. For example, the day after the operation, the administrator called and asked how the dog was feeling. It seems so simple, but even after more serious operations, no one has ever called. It's valuable.

As rat breeders, we were glad that there was an opportunity to get specialist advice, since veterinary clinics mainly specialize in larger animals.
Unfortunately, one of the pets had to be contacted several times, but all options for providing services were tested: contacting in person, calling a rotologist at home, online video consultation. The quality of services is always at the highest level, very responsive staff at the reception, as well as doctors - they always found time even for urgent calls (rats go through all processes very quickly and sometimes even a day of delay can cost the life of a pet)
For us there is only one drawback: the clinic is far away, so calling a specialist at home is justified (at a cost like a round-trip taxi)

Well, it's time for me to leave my honest feedback about the work of this institution! I have asked for help in the treatment of a cat a total of two times (only according to what is located next to the house). The first time it was necessary to do an ultrasound, as blood droplets appeared in the filler. An ultrasound was done, they said they still need to take a urine test and a blood test, without waiting for the tests, they have already prescribed treatment and advised to change the food. They underwent a course of treatment, fed the cat with the prescribed food for a month and a half, in fact it did not get better. After a while, he signed up for a second ultrasound and blood test. I came at the appointed time, waited in line for half an hour, after which I was invited to take a blood test and as a result of a conversation with the "doctor" it turned out that it was also an appointment with a therapist (I had to pay separately for this). They did an ultrasound, said that it was still necessary to take an additional urine test (since the last time the analysis was with impurities). They prescribed treatment (without waiting for the test results), and when the results came the next day, they additionally told me to come to the clinic for treatment adjustments and I need to pay for it again!!!
Are you serious??? They forced me to see a therapist, prescribed the wrong treatment and you need to pay for everything, and even you need to pay extra for the correction))). I paid 327 rubles for two receptions, so it would be fine if the cat really got better, so no. In fact, the money was thrown away. I definitely do not recommend it, people have only numbers in their heads, and not to help animals and their owners. A girl is sitting at the reception (I don't remember her name), so when she issues a check, her hands are shaking and her voice is shaking, she feels that people are being fooled, it's probably a shame (but these are just my assumptions, do not judge strictly).
BOTTOM LINE: definitely not recommended, expensive, help 0. Of the advantages, you can take tests, but be careful, they will impose a lot of unnecessary things. I am ready to document my words.
