I came for a coloring and haircut. But it turned out that the master does not paint. She argued that I had highlights and the color would be lighter there. I said I didn't care, as long as I painted over the roots before my vacation. The master refused anyway. Of course, on the one hand, I am glad that the master does not know how and admitted it. In return, I was offered to go to a consultation and then sign up for painting, which is generally not convenient to run to the salon 10 times and look for a master, while I will only be able to do it in at least a month and the vacation photos will be with fine gray hair. My bangs were cut, of course, but I was surprised that washing my hair is not included. I didn't sign up online and the admin girl saw my hair and knew the wishes, why did I have to write to a master who can't dye? No one offered anything for the damage, of course....2 stars for the honesty of the master.

I had an appointment for a haircut with master Anna Cedric. After discussing haircuts and shampooing, the master noticed that my white T-shirt was dirty. It can be seen that the pillow on the sink was not untreated and everything remained on me. She washed it with something for 10 minutes and dried it with a hair dryer. To my question, why didn't she put a protective robe on me, this wouldn't have happened! She replied that it was more convenient for her!!! She asked me not to escalate the situation, she honestly confessed to me!!! Then, without wearing a bathrobe, she treated my hair with a spray (as it turned out, thermal protection) and began to dry my hair. When I asked if I would get a dry haircut? She replied that she would not cut my hair!!! She was offended that I was upset about the T-shirt, asked her uncomfortable questions and as a result I didn't get a haircut!!! This is the first time I have encountered such a situation in the service sector. The salon should think about the professionalism of its employee. My score is 0!!!!!
