I recently started going to this salon for a manicure,I really like the beautiful interior,always friendly staff,everything is thought out to the smallest detail,very clean (I personally pay attention to this),there is also a large palette of colors,pleasant music is playing, but most importantly, master Ksenia Romanova,a very pleasant girl,beautifully manicures,She's always interested in how you feel, she even touches your fingers carefully, she's very sweet and friendly, she went to different masters, but this one is just lovely.I recommend.

Which I really liked.: • Friendly receptionist, she found a window for me literally "now" • The girl manicure master listened attentively to the form suggestions and did everything exactly as I imagined, as if she had read my mind • Price/quality. The perfect balance in this combination, for a reasonable price you get a professional job. • Well, plus, that we took a tip in Russian rubles)) I will be in Minsk, I will definitely visit you again.

I had an appointment for a haircut with master Anna Cedric. After discussing haircuts and shampooing, the master noticed that my white T-shirt was dirty. It can be seen that the pillow on the sink was not untreated and everything remained on me. She washed it with something for 10 minutes and dried it with a hair dryer. To my question, why didn't she put a protective robe on me, this wouldn't have happened! She replied that it was more convenient for her!!! She asked me not to escalate the situation, she honestly confessed to me!!! Then, without wearing a bathrobe, she treated my hair with a spray (as it turned out, thermal protection) and began to dry my hair. When I asked if I would get a dry haircut? She replied that she would not cut my hair!!! She was offended that I was upset about the T-shirt, asked her uncomfortable questions and as a result I didn't get a haircut!!! This is the first time I have encountered such a situation in the service sector. The salon should think about the professionalism of its employee. My score is 0!!!!!
