It was the first time I had a manicure with a man, master Egor, above all praise! Jewelry beautiful manicure))
The salon itself is very stylish, the only thing I would advise is not to turn on the music with bass so loudly, you come to relax, and then it's loud and tic tic)

I had an appointment for a haircut with master Anna Cedric. After discussing haircuts and shampooing, the master noticed that my white T-shirt was dirty. It can be seen that the pillow on the sink was not untreated and everything remained on me. She washed it with something for 10 minutes and dried it with a hair dryer. To my question, why didn't she put a protective robe on me, this wouldn't have happened! She replied that it was more convenient for her!!! She asked me not to escalate the situation, she honestly confessed to me!!! Then, without wearing a bathrobe, she treated my hair with a spray (as it turned out, thermal protection) and began to dry my hair. When I asked if I would get a dry haircut? She replied that she would not cut my hair!!! She was offended that I was upset about the T-shirt, asked her uncomfortable questions and as a result I didn't get a haircut!!! This is the first time I have encountered such a situation in the service sector. The salon should think about the professionalism of its employee. My score is 0!!!!!

I came for a coloring and haircut. But it turned out that the master does not paint. She argued that I had highlights and the color would be lighter there. I said I didn't care, as long as I painted over the roots before my vacation. The master refused anyway. Of course, on the one hand, I am glad that the master does not know how and admitted it. In return, I was offered to go to a consultation and then sign up for painting, which is generally not convenient to run to the salon 10 times and look for a master, while I will only be able to do it in at least a month and the vacation photos will be with fine gray hair. My bangs were cut, of course, but I was surprised that washing my hair is not included. I didn't sign up online and the admin girl saw my hair and knew the wishes, why did I have to write to a master who can't dye? No one offered anything for the damage, of course....2 stars for the honesty of the master.

I go to White Rabbit for eyebrow correction and coloring only to a specialist Veronika Sakova. Always does everything very neatly, beautifully! Eyebrows are worn for a long time. It didn't work out with white rabbit from the very beginning.
We got tired of the constant calls with postponements and cancellations. I decided not to go to them myself anymore.
Now it is necessary to cut the child's (4 and a half years old) hair. I saw that they have children's haircuts. Both the website and the online entry indicate "up to 10 years". When I called to make an appointment on Friday, I had free time, but the master told the administrator that he would not cut such a small child. In this case, specify more clearly what age children are suitable for you.
I have a perfectly adequate child who sits quietly while he gets a haircut.
What if I signed up online? Would we have been refused on the spot?
I just made sure once again that this salon is not on our way.

Максимально комфортное место👍
Мастера умнички, кофе с конфетками, всегда на улыбке:) Качество услуг на высоте - посещаем вместе с девушкой, я на стрижки и педикюр, она здесь ещё делает брови, прически. Но это места Мекка Маникюра, я иногда могу прям залипнуть в то, что они делают с ноготками моей подруги - это шедеврально! Из минусов: вечером не всегда получится припарковаться рядом, иногда приходится сделать круг в поиске места, Минск Мир он такой 🤷♂️

Обслуживание мне понравилось. Записали, встретили, угостили кофе с конфетками, сделали хороший маникюр. Очень богатая палитра цветов - ОЧЕНЬ! На фото маникюру уже 10 дней. Мастер внимательная, но делает 1,5 - 2 часа

В целом ногти вышли нормальные, но есть места, где делают лучше, дело вкуса) тем более за 70 рублей
Если нужен красивый длинный миндаль или овал с укреплением, то вам не сюда. Ногти получились очень толстые, форма не та, что я хотела.
На следующий день воспалилось пару заусенцев. Делали маникюр 3 часа )
Через неделю кутикула уже была в ужасном состоянии, в процессе роста ногти по углам скрутились просто, я так понимаю из-за огромного количества материала.

1. Постоянные переносы
2. Если вы планируете мастера не стоит расчитывать что он и будет (расчитывать о звонке чтобы согласовать другого мастера с вами это тоже не стоит)
3. За несколько часов с вами могу переносить ваше время то раньше то позже
4. Приехав в назначенное время мастер как правило задерживается
5. Примерное время сеанса как правило отличается на много и в большую сторону (планируйте запас)

Вывод: мастера есть хорошие но сервис и общение с клиентом плохие)
Рассчитано видимо что под окнами в квартале но если бы держали качество было бы огонь! Но к сожалению нет.

Была в White Rabbit на комбинированном педикюре, и впечатления остались самые положительные. Приятная обстановка, приветливое обслуживание, и, главное, аккуратный и грамотный мастер - Карина Высоцкая. Я вышла с мягкими ухоженными стопами и хорошим настроением)
