I recently started going to this salon for a manicure,I really like the beautiful interior,always friendly staff,everything is thought out to the smallest detail,very clean (I personally pay attention to this),there is also a large palette of colors,pleasant music is playing, but most importantly, master Ksenia Romanova,a very pleasant girl,beautifully manicures,She's always interested in how you feel, she even touches your fingers carefully, she's very sweet and friendly, she went to different masters, but this one is just lovely.I recommend.

When I visited the glorious city of Minsk, I decided to get a men's manicure with a transparent matte finish here. Which I really liked.:
• Friendly receptionist, she found a window for me literally "now"
• The girl manicure master listened attentively to the form suggestions and did everything exactly as I imagined, as if she had read my mind
• Price/quality. The perfect balance in this combination, for a reasonable price you get a professional job.
• Well, plus, that we took a tip in Russian rubles))
I will be in Minsk, I will definitely visit you again.

I had a haircut from Anna, a good master. I showed a photo of my haircut a year ago and asked to do the same, it turned out much shorter, I'm a little upset. In particular, I did not expect such short bangs. I hope I get used to it. The cut and the haircut itself are just as I wanted. The girl at the reception is just an angel :)

I had an appointment for a haircut with master Anna Cedric. After discussing haircuts and shampooing, the master noticed that my white T-shirt was dirty. It can be seen that the pillow on the sink was not untreated and everything remained on me. She washed it with something for 10 minutes and dried it with a hair dryer. To my question, why didn't she put a protective robe on me, this wouldn't have happened! She replied that it was more convenient for her!!! She asked me not to escalate the situation, she honestly confessed to me!!! Then, without wearing a bathrobe, she treated my hair with a spray (as it turned out, thermal protection) and began to dry my hair. When I asked if I would get a dry haircut? She replied that she would not cut my hair!!! She was offended that I was upset about the T-shirt, asked her uncomfortable questions and as a result I didn't get a haircut!!! This is the first time I have encountered such a situation in the service sector. The salon should think about the professionalism of its employee. My score is 0!!!!!

I came for a coloring and haircut. But it turned out that the master does not paint. She argued that I had highlights and the color would be lighter there. I said I didn't care, as long as I painted over the roots before my vacation. The master refused anyway. Of course, on the one hand, I am glad that the master does not know how and admitted it. In return, I was offered to go to a consultation and then sign up for painting, which is generally not convenient to run to the salon 10 times and look for a master, while I will only be able to do it in at least a month and the vacation photos will be with fine gray hair. My bangs were cut, of course, but I was surprised that washing my hair is not included. I didn't sign up online and the admin girl saw my hair and knew the wishes, why did I have to write to a master who can't dye? No one offered anything for the damage, of course....2 stars for the honesty of the master.

The masters are smart, coffee with sweets, always on a smile :) The quality of services is excellent - we visit together with a girl, I go for haircuts and pedicures, she also does eyebrows and hairstyles here. But these places are the Mecca of Manicure, sometimes I can just get stuck in what they do with my friend's nails - it's a masterpiece! Of the cons: in the evening it will not always be possible to park nearby, sometimes you have to make a circle in search of a place, Minsk is such a world 🤷♂️

It didn't work out with white rabbit from the very beginning.
We got tired of the constant calls with postponements and cancellations. I decided not to go to them myself anymore.
Now it is necessary to cut the child's (4 and a half years old) hair. I saw that they have children's haircuts. Both the website and the online entry indicate "up to 10 years". When I called to make an appointment on Friday, I had free time, but the master told the administrator that he would not cut such a small child. In this case, specify more clearly what age children are suitable for you.
I have a perfectly adequate child who sits quietly while he gets a haircut.
What if I signed up online? Would we have been refused on the spot?
I just made sure once again that this salon is not on our way.

In general, the nails came out normal, but there are places where they do better, it's a matter of taste) especially for 70 rubles
If you need a beautiful long almond or oval with reinforcement, then you are not here. The nails turned out to be very thick, the shape is not what I wanted.
The next day, a couple of burrs became inflamed. Did a manicure for 3 hours )
A week later, the cuticle was already in terrible condition, during the growth process, the nails simply twisted at the corners, as I understand it, due to the huge amount of material.
